The Philadelphia Museum Of Art To Host A Tree Lighting Event, November 28 At 10 A.M.: Holiday Music, Treats, Hot Chocolate

Tomorrow, Wednesday, November 28 at 10 a.m., the Philadelphia Museum of Art will join in the citywide holiday cheer by illuminating verdant evergreen trees as part of a grand holiday season kick-off event in the museum’s Great Stair Hall.

The tree lighting ceremony will also feature holiday culinary treats (a preview of the museum’s delicious seasonal offerings) including cookies, hot chocolate, coffee and cider; and joyous holiday music from members of the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus.

The museum is grand and glorious all year round, but the holiday season lets it shine all the brighter.

For all the info on a season’s worth of holiday programming at the museum — including innovative “Christmas Story in Art” gallery tours and a fun Jingle Bell Jive party
